The project is located on the Sierra Star golf course. It has massive understructure parking garage — there is plenty of covered parking. Unit (Door) #14 probably has the best location in the project because it is right adjacent to the elevator and stairwell that access the parking garage. It is super convenient. It is also right next to the beautiful spa that overlooks the golf course. This unit its not on a rental program but because of the location and access it would make an excellent rental property. Or the perfect mountain getaway both winter and summer. The Sierra Star clubhouse is also right across the street so it is especially golf friendly. But a short walk out to Meridian Blvd and a short ride on the shuttle puts you right at Eagle Base for great ski access (and future gondola??). And the Town bike path is right there too. This corner unit has extra windows and forest and mountain views too. The property is in excellent condition and is sold furnished. The HOA fee is relatively high but the project has strong reserves (no 2017 snow removal assessment) and the HOA fee covers the gas (gas fireplace and stove top) and radiant heating and hot water. For rental that really helps “fix” the month costs by eliminating wild swings in utility (heating) bills. Because of the appeal in both winter and summer this has excellent rental potential.
