This column could be titled Mammoth Foreclosures 3.1, but the phrase “make’em a stupid offer” really stands out in my mind and is far more applicable to the present. August 1—Mammoth is experiencing a dry, but beautiful, and relatively uncrowded summer. It reminds me of those great summers in the 80’s.
