In the Village, White Mtn. Lodge #2404 –– This will be coming to the market soon. We’re finally getting our hands on this after a few months of trying to remove the occupant. It is a top floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit in the very north end of the project on the interior of the plaza. The condition of the property is very good. Mammoth Hospitality has already checked the property out and they only a few minor items to improve to make it rentable on their program. One wall of this unit is shared with a fire/emergency exit so ambient noise is potentially reduced. This is not located directly above Lakanuki (bar and restaurant) which has caused some late night noise pollution. It’s also on the top floor which tends to help. The living room window doesn’t look right across to Grand Sierra Lodge, it looks out over an open area above the stairs coming off the new ski-back bridge. The orientation of this unit should keep it from becoming overheated during any season, especially in the summer. Overall, this is a great unit.
