Many years ago I owned the townhome right next door so I know this location has many benefits. Unlike many Snowcreek properties, this one has easy access to Mammoth’s Red Line shuttle which services Old Mammoth Road, Main St., The Village and the Main Lodge. It is also close to the spa, and has parking right in front. And over the years I have seen many large bucks hanging out in the open space adjacent to this property. This is the traditional 2 bedroom + loft / 2 bath early phase townhome floor plan. The two bedroom and baths are downstairs. The living, dining kitchen are all the main level in one large great room. These units clean up real well and this one needs it. Snowcreek Phase I is a low density project that is well maintained and managed. My guess is this property needs some time on the market because I don’t think the market will support the current pricing. But as with almost all foreclosures, the institutional owners are all about price discovery. Currently listed at $355,900.
