This floorplan is popular because of the extra windows, especially in the loft. This is an end unit so it has even more windows. Normally these front row units have big views but this unit’s view is obscured by a large tree. The floorplan is also popular because of the bathroom on the main level. By comparison, the Snowcreek 2 bedrooms + loft / 2 bath townhomes across the street don’t have the main level bathroom and don’t have the windows in the loft. This property needs some clean-up; paint and wood restoration, carpet, fireplace retrofit, etc. Or it could use a full remodel. The location could certainly warrant a big remodel. Or something in between. Listed at $358,800.
This is indeed a piece of beauty. Undoubtedly, the house has been very well constructed. But it may not suit to everybody’s requirement. Not everybody can afford this much of budget.
