Unit (Door) #14 probably has the best location in the project because it is right adjacent to the elevator and stairwell that access the parking garage. It is super convenient. The HOA fee is relatively high but the project has strong reserves (no 2017 snow removal assessment) and the HOA fee covers the gas (gas fireplace and stove top) and radiant heating and hot water. For rental that really helps “fix” the month costs by eliminating wild swings in utility (heating) bills. Because of the appeal in both winter and summer this has excellent rental potential.
